These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TikTok Profile Viewer (the "Service"), operated by BCM VENTURE INTEGRATED CORPORATION ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service lets you sign in with your TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit and view your own TikTok profile information and public videos on this website. The Service only reads data you authorize; it does not post, edit or delete anything on your TikTok account.

2. Your TikTok account

• You must have a valid TikTok account and meet TikTok's minimum age requirements.
• Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's own Terms of Service and policies.
• You are responsible for keeping your TikTok account secure. You can revoke the Service's access at any time from your TikTok account settings.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of TikTok's terms;
• attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• scrape, copy or redistribute data obtained through the Service.

Your TikTok profile, videos and related content belong to you and/or TikTok and are displayed only to you, as you authorized. TikTok and the TikTok logo are trademarks of TikTok; the Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok. All other parts of the Service belong to us.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. The Service depends on TikTok's APIs, which may change or become unavailable.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCM VENTURE INTEGRATED CORPORATION is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by logging out and revoking access in your TikTok settings. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms.
